Experience
During my time at the University of British Columbia I had the opportunity to tutor younger students in my program in subjects such as English, Anatomy & Physiology, and Biomechanics. Prior to that, I also had some experience tutoring primary school aged children in basic Math and English. I have taken a variety of English classes at a University level and have successfully completed a number of scholarly papers. Additionally, I have an extensive background in health sciences, particularly anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and pathophysiology. I have always enjoyed tutoring and teaching because, from my experience, the process is highly individualized. I really enjoy the challenge of working together to discover which learning style works best for each student and how best I can positively impact their lives. Through tutoring, I have the opportunity to empower my students to confidently carry a conversation in English, successfully pass a test or exam, and increase their chances of attending their university of choice.

Hobbies
I'm an avid outdoor adventurer and dog lover. When I'm not outside cycling, climbing, or hiking with my Border Collie, I can be found doing a variety of art projects. Currently, I'm working on some illustrations for a children's book. Professionally, my passion has always been in healthcare. I recently relocated to Munich and am hoping to begin a career in pediatric Prosthetics & Orthotics as working with children has always been a dream of mine.
